Step-by-Step Instructions
Log In to Your Dashboard
Access your Smart Sequence account and navigate to the main dashboard. If you don't have an account yet, sign up for a free trial.
Navigate to Workflow Builder
Click on 'Workflow Builder' in the left sidebar or use the quick action button on your dashboard to create a new workflow.
Choose a Template or Start Fresh
Select from our library of pre-built templates for common use cases, or start with a blank canvas for complete customization.
Configure Your Trigger
Every workflow starts with a trigger. Choose what event should start your automation - a schedule, webhook, form submission, or manual trigger.
Add Your First Action
Drag an action block onto the canvas and connect it to your trigger. Configure what should happen - send an email, update a record, call an API, etc.
Test Your Workflow
Use the built-in testing feature to run your workflow with sample data. Check the execution logs to verify everything works correctly.
Deploy and Monitor
Once testing is complete, activate your workflow. Monitor the execution dashboard to track performance and catch any issues early.
